Create your account

Start from Create account on the Q2Tix website. Enter your details and verify your email using the code sent to your inbox, then complete your account setup. Use an email address you can access so you can receive verification and account messages.

If the verification message has not arrived, check spam and junk folders and confirm that the address is correct before requesting another code. Never send your verification code or password to support.

Start with free events

New accounts can publish up to five free events before connecting Stripe. Use this allowance to set up your organizer identity, build event pages, and try the ticket and check-in experience.

The allowance is for free-event publications. Paid events and additional free-event publications require Stripe readiness. Your account's current setup status determines which actions are available.

Prepare an event

Create an event draft, add the schedule and location, supply the event description and artwork, and create the ticket types you need. Review ticket availability and sale windows, then preview the public page before publishing and sharing its link.

For events with multiple showtimes, review each performance's schedule and tickets. Duplicating an event creates a draft with copied setup, without copying orders, attendees, or check-ins.

Set up paid ticket sales

Complete the Stripe setup offered in your account. Paid setup creates a new connected Stripe account; you cannot link an arbitrary existing Stripe account. Stripe readiness is required for paid-event publication.

Follow the verification instructions shown by Stripe. If setup is restricted or incomplete, email support@q2tix.com with the exact visible status or error. Do not email identity documents, bank details, or Stripe credentials to support.
