Q2Tix application fees

Free tickets and free orders have no Q2Tix application fee. The standard default fee for paid tickets is $0.49 per paid ticket, plus Stripe processing. Account-specific pricing may differ.

For example, at the default rate, three paid tickets in one order produce a $1.47 Q2Tix application fee before Stripe processing. The fee is based on paid-ticket quantity, rather than one fee for the whole order.

Organizers may also configure separate buyer-facing service fees for an event. Review your event's checkout and fee settings before sharing the event.

Payment processing and proceeds

Paid tickets use Stripe Connect direct charges through your connected Stripe account. Q2Tix does not intentionally hold proceeds until after the event. Stripe processing and your account's payout schedule determine when funds reach your bank.

Stripe may apply reviews, reserves, holds, or restrictions. A completed ticket sale does not guarantee an immediate bank deposit.

Questions about a payment

For a payment error or payout restriction, contact support@q2tix.com with the visible status or error and any Stripe request reference. Never email card numbers, bank credentials, or secret keys.

Ticket holders should contact the event organizer about refunds and event changes. Refund decisions follow the organizer's event policy.
