The public experience

Make the ticketing experience feel like part of your operation.

Your event is the destination. Q2Tix gives it a fast, mobile-friendly home without putting a competing marketplace between you and your audience.

01

Public event pages

Give each event a fast, mobile-friendly public page, checkout flow, and embedded-ticket option for your website.

02

Your event identity

Use your logos, event artwork, descriptions, venue details, and organizer information across the public experience.

03

Your email identity

Connect your own SMTP provider to send ticket emails under your organization’s identity without Q2Tix branding in the message.

Events and tickets

Build the event around the way you actually sell admission.

01

Flexible ticket types

Create free or paid ticket types with individual quantities, prices, and sales dates. Use free tickets for guest lists, comps, and RSVP-style admissions.

02

Controlled access

Use access codes for private or early ticket access, and collect buyer or attendee details when an event needs more than a name and email.

03

Terms and fee controls

Start each event with account-level terms, then tailor the event’s terms and ticket service fees when needed.

Payments without the waiting room

Ticket revenue moves through your connected Stripe account.

Paid orders are processed with Stripe Connect direct charges. Q2Tix does not escrow proceeds or intentionally wait until after your event to release them.

Free tickets: $0 Q2Tix fee.
Default application fee 49¢

per paid ticket

Stripe processing is separate. The default Q2Tix application fee is per paid ticket rather than a percentage of ticket revenue. Account-specific pricing may differ, and Stripe’s processing and payout schedule apply.

The relationship after purchase

Keep useful customer records without feeding someone else’s marketplace.

View and export customer records from completed orders across past events, with the contact information customers chose to provide.

When you use your own SMTP provider, you can invite previous customers to new events. You remain responsible for consent, opt-outs, anti-spam requirements, and any other rules that apply to your outreach.

From purchase to entry

Give guests a clear path from checkout to the door.
