Ticketing for independent music venues
Your venue is where artists meet audiences and where one great show brings people back for the next one. Your ticketing should strengthen that relationship—not redirect it into someone else’s marketplace.
Q2Tix gives independent music venues a streamlined, nearly white-label way to sell tickets from their own domain and process paid tickets through their connected Stripe account.

Tonight’s show is at the door. Next week’s show is on sale. Next month’s lineup is being announced. Independent venues need ticketing that fits an ongoing calendar rather than treating every concert like a one-off project.
Q2Tix supplies the infrastructure to publish events, sell tickets, manage guests, and check people in—then do it again for the next show.
Announce the show. Sell the room. Scan the door. Repeat.
Run public organizer, event, checkout, and embedded-ticket experiences on an organizer-owned domain.
Control logos, concert artwork, event descriptions, venue information, and other public event content.
Connect an organizer-managed SMTP provider to send ticket emails under your venue’s email identity without Q2Tix branding in the message.
Music venues build demand through artists, local audiences, social media, email lists, press, advertising, community partners, and word of mouth.
Q2Tix is ticketing infrastructure rather than a public discovery marketplace. It does not place your events alongside unrelated events from competing venues. Send buyers directly to your show.
Use free tickets for artist lists, venue comps, promotions, RSVP events, or other zero-cost admissions. Free tickets and free orders carry no Q2Tix application fee.
The default Q2Tix application fee is $0.49 per paid order, plus Stripe processing. The Q2Tix fee is assessed at the order level rather than per ticket. Account-specific pricing may differ.
Paid tickets are processed through your connected Stripe account using Stripe Connect. Q2Tix does not escrow ticket proceeds or intentionally hold them until after the concert.
Stripe processing and your normal Stripe payout schedule control when funds reach your bank account, including any holds, reserves, or reviews imposed by Stripe.
A strong show can introduce someone to a venue they return to for years. Q2Tix gives organizers access to their event customer records and the ability to export them.
Q2Tix does not use your customer relationship to market unrelated events. Any venue outreach remains subject to applicable consent, anti-spam, and messaging laws.

Issue straightforward QR-code tickets for admission.
