Nearly white-label event ticketing

Your event.
Your domain.
Your audience.

Q2Tix is a nearly white-label ticketing engine built for independent venues and promoters.

Sell tickets from your own domain, keep your brand at the center of the customer experience, and process ticket revenue through your connected Stripe account.

Start with a free event No Q2Tix fee on free orders. Paid orders start at 49¢ plus Stripe processing.

A ticketing engine, not your destination

Your ticketing platform doesn't need to become your destination.

You already have a venue, a brand, a website, social channels, and an audience. Q2Tix is designed to work behind them, so the experience stays centered on your organization instead of a public event marketplace filled with unrelated listings.

01

Your domain

Public organizer, event, checkout, and embedded-ticket experiences can operate using an organizer-owned domain.

02

Your identity

Use your own logos, event artwork, descriptions, venue information, and event branding.

03

Your email

Connect your own SMTP provider and deliver ticket emails under your organization's identity without Q2Tix branding in the message.

Honest by design

Nearly white-label, and deliberately described that way.

We don't claim Q2Tix is invisible everywhere. Certain payment, legal, operational, support, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or other platform-controlled surfaces may need to identify Q2Tix or another service provider.

Where your brand can appropriately take the lead, Q2Tix is built to let it.

Your audience relationship

Keep the audience relationship you've built.

Selling a ticket shouldn't mean handing your audience relationship to a marketplace. Q2Tix gives organizers access to their event customer records and the ability to export them.

Because Q2Tix is not trying to operate a public event marketplace, we do not use your customer relationship to market unrelated events to your buyers. You bring the audience. Q2Tix provides the ticketing infrastructure.

Direct settlement

Ticket revenue goes through your Stripe account.

Paid tickets are processed through your connected Stripe account using Stripe Connect. Q2Tix doesn't escrow your ticket revenue or intentionally hold your proceeds until after the event.

Stripe processing and your normal Stripe payout schedule apply, including any reviews, reserves, or holds Stripe may impose.

Infrastructure, not another marketplace

Put the show where people already look for you.

Use your own website, social channels, email, advertising, partners, and community to reach customers, then let Q2Tix handle ticketing behind the scenes.

Public APIs, feeds, embeds, event metadata, and organizer-controlled distribution help your events live where your audience already looks for you.

Built for independent organizers

For the rooms and people with a recognizable identity.

If your goal is to build your own audience rather than build someone else's marketplace presence, Q2Tix was designed around that model.

  • Independent music venues
  • Nightclubs and nightlife operators
  • Arts and performance spaces
  • Independent promoters
  • Recurring event producers
  • Bars and venues running ticketed entertainment

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers before you start.

Is Q2Tix fully white-label?

Not completely. Organizers can use their own domain, branding, event artwork, content, and, when configured, their own SMTP provider for ticket email delivery. Some payment, legal, operational, support, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and other platform-controlled surfaces may still identify Q2Tix or another service provider.

Can I sell tickets from my own domain?

Yes. Q2Tix supports organizer-owned domains for public organizer, event, checkout, and embedded-ticket experiences.

Can ticket emails come from my organization?

Yes. When organizer-managed SMTP is configured, ticket emails can be sent under the organizer's email identity without Q2Tix branding in the message.

Does Q2Tix advertise other events to my customers?

No. Q2Tix does not operate a competing public event marketplace or use an organizer's customer relationship to market unrelated events to those customers.

When do I receive ticket revenue?

Paid tickets are processed through your connected Stripe account. Q2Tix does not intentionally hold ticket proceeds until after your event. Stripe's processing rules and your Stripe payout schedule determine when funds reach your bank account.

What does Q2Tix cost?

Free tickets and free orders carry no Q2Tix application fee. The default Q2Tix application fee is $0.49 per paid order. Stripe processing is separate, and account-specific pricing may differ.

Keep your ticketing behind your brand

Your customers came to see your event, not your ticketing provider.

Put your venue, your event, and your audience relationship first with ticketing infrastructure designed to stay in the background.
