Branding and custom domains
Understand event branding, team-assisted domains, and email sender setup.
Start with your event branding
Use your organizer identity, event artwork, and event descriptions to present your events under your own brand. Preview the public organizer and event pages before sharing them with buyers.
Q2Tix provides a nearly white-label experience. Required payment, legal, wallet, operational, or support surfaces may still identify Q2Tix or another service provider.
Arrange a custom ticketing domain
Custom-domain setup is team-assisted. Email support@q2tix.com with your organizer name and the hostname you want to use, such as tickets.example.com. The team will confirm availability, setup requirements, and any applicable commercial terms.
Do not change DNS records until the team provides instructions for your hostname. Automated DNS verification and self-service domain controls are not generally available.
A configured organizer domain can serve public organizer pages, event pages, checkout, and embedded ticket experiences. Account management, signup, and the documented API and MCP endpoints remain on Q2Tix platform hosts.
Use your own email sender
Organizer-managed SMTP is a separate setting from your public ticketing domain. Enter SMTP credentials only in authenticated Account Settings. Do not email passwords or credentials to support.
Contact support if a connection test or ticket delivery fails. Include the visible error with any credentials redacted.
