What does Q2Tix cost?
Free tickets carry no Q2Tix fee. The default application fee is $0.49 per paid ticket, plus separate Stripe processing. Account-specific pricing may differ.
Can I use my own website and brand?
Yes. Use your logos and artwork on event pages, embed ticketing into your website, and arrange an organizer-owned domain with the Q2Tix team. Connect your own email service for ticket emails under your identity. Some legal, payment, support, and wallet surfaces may identify Q2Tix.
Do I need to set up Stripe?
Stripe setup is part of registration. Q2Tix creates a new connected Stripe account; you cannot connect a pre-existing Stripe account. Stripe verification is required before selling paid tickets, and Stripe controls bank payout timing.
Will Q2Tix bring me ticket buyers?
Q2Tix is built for organizers who reach their audience through their own website, artists, social media, email, and partners. It does not operate a public event marketplace.
Can I access my customer records?
Yes. View and export customer records from completed orders across your events. Q2Tix does not promote unrelated events to your customers. Your outreach still needs the appropriate consent and opt-out handling.
